Just try to est from the food groups, you know little fats, lots of fruits veggies and grain and most of all dairy products.

There isn't exactly any diet you have to follow while your pregnant, just as long as you are eating healthy. If you have any Q's ask your docter. They might be able to set you up with a nutitionist if needed. I think all you need is 500 more calories a day. When I was pregnant I ate a LOT of salads, drank more water, made sure I had my meat...but most importantly take you prenatal vitiams (found at any drugstore). The vitiams will help make up for what you didn't eat that day. I would advise to take them at night before you go to bed. Some woman like my sister and I, get pukish if taken in the morning....Cangrats on your baby! Oh..if your craving it, usually that means that is what your body needs. It is letting you know.

Follow a good balanced diet and try not to eat much seafood. Seafood has mercury in it.

I just know that u need to stick with the veggies and try not to drink to much soda and dont jump around that might cause a misscarriage.

Just avoid drinks loaded with caffein and eat lots of fresh fruit. Avoid the fast food joints.

i didnt really follow anything, i dont like seafood so that wasnt a problem for me, but i ate alot of steak (well done) and veggies but drink alot of WATER!!!! dont want your a. fluids low

no fish more than like 1 time a week and no raw eggs
