No. That information is encoded into the data packets you use to surf the internet. The only way around a site meter is to code it yourself and create a special case for whatever exceptions you want to make.

Why do you want it? If this is for personal anonymity it is probably not required. Most ISP's use dynamic IP assignment. So the IP address does not usually identify a specific computer. It only identifies the ISP who ultimately owns the IP address. The IP addresses are assigned as needed to end-users when they log on. Most residential ISP's charge extra for a static IP address.
