yes why not. java has a facility called jar or java archive which is used as an exe. ince u finish making ur porgram then u can make a jar of your application using ' jar ' command. if you are using an ide , it will be made automatically. but if u are not using any ide then u have to make it manually.

Or you can download some trial programs that creates an exe for your java program.
