I swim every night from 4-6 at a reletivly fast pace. I usually average about 3-5000 yards per practice. But when I get out of the water and go home, my mom already has dinner ready and I have no appetite.

Im trying to lose a little weight so should I eat or not if I dont feel like it. This happens almost every night, thats why Im asking. I dont want to do something un-healthy.

Vigorous exercise will depress appetite temporarily. Try to delay your dinner or do your exercise earlier. About one hour delay should restore your appetite. By the way, that is one of the advantages of exercising while trying to diet; exercise is the best diet pill.
