i was bored looking at a rubber band ball and i was wondering whats in the middle of all them dam rubber bands

usualy its a small rubber ball, its just like the center of the golf ball

My guess is more rubber bands.
Some people may use a golf ball though, or another small one.

I usually take a rubber band, fold it in half, then wrap another around it like tying off a coil or rope. Keep adding until you get it large enough to start stretching bands over.
