NO man, That's absolutely terrible to do. See any excercise that works your chest works your triceps as well. So if you worked out you tri's before you hit your chest then your arms would be feeling really tired and you wouldn't be able to get a proper chest workout. First workout your chest fully, and then hit your tri's.
