Well- I'm a naturalist. My first thought is... cool! Let me see if I can catch it and determine what kind it is!

I'd probably stare at it and try to see what kind it was. If it started coming towards me I back up or run if it was chasing me. If it stayed still I would poke at it to see if it would crawl on the stick or attack it. Depending if it ignored the stick, I would get closer and just watch it facinated.

Personally, I find them fascinating. I would probably strike up a conversation, and hope he didn't strike first.
