but when it actually rains everybody is running to get out of the rain. just wondering

I don't know because I sure don't! Who wants to walk around in soggy clothes. That'll give you a good case of rawness!

The sound of the rain is so comforting...I love to feel the rain on my face. I keep my umbrella handy if I have to be somewhere....but if I can enjoy it. I do try!

I don't run unless I am dressed very nice and my hair has been straightned....it is refreshing :)
