Ok plp i need ur help i went to check my e-mail and there is a pop up telling me that my database is full and im not sure what to do so if there is any 1 out there that can be kind and help me out. Thanks 4 taking the time and the person that helps me will get 10 points!

Are you sure it said your "database" is full or your mailbox?

There are several things you can check:

1. Can you open the "sent" folder - if you selected to keep a copy of all e-mails sent there could be tons of mail there.
2. I think deleted mail is cleared after 30 days. It's a good idea to click on "empty" to clear these out if you are finished with them.
3. Did you have a lot of unopened e-mails or read-but-not-deleted mail just filling your mailbox?
We are all limited to a certain amount of storage space and when the mailbox is full, no more can fit inside.

If there ever is a piece of mail you want to save, just select/highlight the text, right-click to copy, then paste into a document. Then you can delete the e-mail from the mailbox.

Just delete some old e-mails.

i think u have lot of spam ...
delete spam

or else increase the memory box size...

i assume u r using web based mails like yahoo or hotmail
