Are we talking about like...dress? Depends on the occasion. There are some very special occasions that I would give up comfort for style. The rest of the time, I try to pull of a decent balance of both. And, when in drag, it's ALL style, ZERO comfort.

With women I think it all depends on age, under 40 it's Style and 40 and over it's comfort (which hopefully has a little style).
