panty shields prevent outbreaks based on my utilitarian calculation.. consider for example the possibility of breaking down deterrence by disarming an attacker, the disarmed attacker would now be at the mercy of the panty shield.. this ability of the panty shield to disarm an attacker before it has a chance to retaliate is called "first-strike" capability referring not just to "shooting first", but to doing it in a way that effectively blunts the attacker's capacity to shoot back.. lol!
so there, no false advertising in this case!
