In the USA, the only requirement is a bachelors degree from an accresited university,

Most of the top schools want students to have three or four years of work experience before attending. However, being a foreign student might allow you to get i earlier. Most top schools not only accept foreign students, they go out of their way to attract them. Being from a region like the Middle East will make you stand out.

You definitely need to check with the college you want to get your MBA from. They all have different requirements for entry into the Master's Program. Many of them require letters of reference and an entrance letter as well as certain grades and classes.

My university has no requirement, but you will be competing with other people with lots of work experience so your chances of getting in are low. At my school, successful applicants have, on average, six years of full-time, post-degree work experience.
