The Eagles took Blook in the 5th round. A hamstring injury prevented him from practing a lot during training camp. (practiced maybe a few days.) Last night against the Ravens, he returned a few kicks, but left early because of the hamstring. I cannot see the Eagles keeping him once they make their cut. Maybe keep him on the practice squad?

I think he will make it in the NFL. Maybe not with the Eagles. I watched him all through college and he is a very good reciever as well as an excellant returner.

Even though I hope because I'm a HUGE Eagles fan, I dought it, espiacially after that injury and because they have to decide on to keep J. Avant or J. Bloom and I think it's going to be Avant. While with his hamstring injury, that slows him down and wiht less speed and without a big frame, WR isn't his thing and I thought abour RB, but still, the size problem, Ray Lewis or Brian Urlacher hit's him hard once, and he's done for life. So punt and kick returner is probably his thing but still, they have that S converted into PR and KR, so I dought they'll keep him.

Jeremy Bloom is a good football player, but there are about 100 other guys in the NFL that can do what he can. If he's going to make it big, he'll have to be an exceptional kick returner or punt returner. Because as of right now, he's probably nothing more than a 5th string slot receiver... but he does have potential.

I think the injury has destroyed his chances..maybe he can get asked to go to Europe or Arena and then make his way back
