*** HERE'S THE BEST WAY TO DO IT ***
1. Click on Start
2. Choose Programs
3. Choose Accessories
4. Choose System Tools
5. Click on the "System Information" program
You should now see system components on the left, and the information on the right. Make sure you are clicked on "System Summary" on the left-hand side. On the right-hand side, scroll down to your BIOS Version/Date and it should have the brand name and model of your motherboard in there.
For example, mine says:
Award Software, Inc. ASUS P4T533-C ACPI BIOS Revision 1010, 2/27/2003
Therefore, my motherboard is ASUS P4T533-C
You can go through the rest of the components to see information about those as well (i.e. hard-drives, sound-cards, video-cards, etc.). Hope this helps!

A motherboard is a main board which holds many other components together and helps to connect and manage them to form a complete system. Motherboard is a general term so there are many different types. For instance, an Intel motherboard, is different from an AMD motherboard. They are both motherboards, but they support different architectures, they manage and take different components as well as some similar components. Motherboards may have different form factors to fit specific needs. Some motherboards are specialized for smaller footprints to conserve space, usually at the cost of power and performance.

If you don't have luck with any of the other methods suggested....
Restart your computer. While it's doing its memory check (you know, the black screen where it says, hit DELETE to enter setup) hit the pause button. This should give you a few moments to look at the screen. On there you'll see some manufacture name and waaaaay at the bottom you'll see a bunch of numbers and letters. The last 5 - 10 characters are the model number of your mother board. If you are still unsure about the manuafacture, then google a portion of the last few letters of that line... that can lead you to more info. I've done this before, but it's not that straight forward. Contact me if you continue to have problems with finding it.

The best avaiable service is surely Reverse Phone Lookup. You can check the website here: https://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=538
The completly free reverse phone lookup sites generally doesn't provide anything interesting. To get interesting information, money will have to be paid. The free searches do not provide much more than what can be found through the phone book or personal knowledge and they only want your email to send spam.
You should stay away from shady reverse phone lookup sites, most likely you won't get any information after you make the payment. Stick with a reputable reverse phone lookup site like https://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=538 that has been on the market for a lot of years.
If I remember well there are 2 options:
Basic: you get only one report.
Advanced: you get unlimited reports... I went with this option because I wanted to verify more numbers. You can get the name, other phone number, address history, relatives, and much more about anyone!
Anyway you can check on the website for further informations.
Hope it helps! :)

This is the best option to get a background check https://tr.im/8pv0H
Currently there are a lot of reasons to perform a criminal background check in today's community. These arguments vary from questions over a spouse's fidelity to misgivings regarding a recently hired sitter. There are several surprising figures out now that strengthen these doubts, and in many instances it is better to be safe than sorry. You may not realize it, but there can be quite a lot of people checking up on you. Potential employers top the list. Companies usually conduct background checks on job applicants primarily as a means to verify the credentials that you may have listed on your resume.

Have a look in your control panel under System/hardware/device manager. Sometimes your Motherboard manufacturer will be listed there (under system board) but sometimes windows will list it as a generic device and won't tell you who made it.
Other than that its a positive screwdriver, torch, pen and paper for you my friend.
