No, it is not just you. I would have to say that 97.% of the time there is going to be at least one intolerable individual where you work. In addition, if there is not, that individual might be you. I'm not trying to be cruel, it is just a Sociological fact. Nevertheless, there is that 3% chance you have a perfect working environment. However, if you are worried about having an improper mood, and that it may be negatively affecting those around you; a person can try breathing exercises, chanting a mantra of happiness, smiling/laughing to relieve stress, or participating in classes such as Yoga or martial arts (these can be self taught at home).

Many times, yes, every thing can be great at work accept for that one person. Usually that person is in a position above you. But it's good to evaluate yourself just in case it is indeed you, it shows your opened minded to that possibility and just want the problem fixed. In fact, it would be easier if it was you, because you could just fix yourself. But many times, it's someone else, and you can't make someone change. And so you have to deal with them. You can find out if it is someone else or not by seeing if everyone else sees the same problem with that one person.

Well, I'm sure some of them think I am an @sshole! However, if they want to continue to have a job here, they will find a way to deal with it.

West Memphis Arkansas.... My company just did a job there in April. :)

It's not just you. There is always at least one. I've had two in a fairly small crew where I worked once.

It always seems that way, doesn't it? Of course, they don't show their true colors until they get hired. Just don't let them push you around, and if they try to get you to do their jobs for them, DON'T.
