girl i think these companies provide good items for your kind of problem ok ....N.Y.C, Maybelline. Anything from wal*mart
besides i think you should get more sleep and stay calm and relaxx this would do heres a tip my beauty designer told me............
dipp a cotton ball in cold milk and gently it along each eye for a couple of minutes. Trust me, .. If you just wanna hide it, just use some concelear and dust a lil bit of eyeshadow on both upper and lower eyelids so that it keeps the focus on your eyes and not your eye bags ... this will do good

Hmmm ok sweety, heres what you need to know, you dont really need foundation or a combination of two. Just get a concealer stick, one that matches you tan skin tone. And apply it on your eye bags. But if your tryin to get rid of them, heres what I suggest you do, besides getting more sleep. Try dippin a cotton ball in cold milk and gently moving it along each eye for a couple of minutes. Trust me, Imma bartender and I have bags under my eyes from workin till the mornin. So thatll work like a charm. If you just wanna hid it, just use some concelear and dust a lil bit of eyeshadow on both upper and lower eyelids so that it keeps the focus on your eyes and not your eye bags.

Hope I helped♥
now plzzz pick me as best answer, lol =)

First off, the best approach for you would be to treat the bags with an eyecreme specifically for the condition. You will be much further ahead in dealing with the issue instead of purchacing some Dollar Store Quick Cover Up. You get what you pay for !!!

Okay, go buy a light shade of pink shadow. You can try Almay's or MAC's. Look at the 90 degree angle between your eyes and your nose. With a shadow blush, create a line at 45 degrees from the inner corner of your eyes to your nose.

green is great with hazel eyes. maybelline is a really good brand and is not very expensive. any kind of concealer that is your skin tone should work to hide the bags, but dont worry if it doesnt hide it all, because everyone has eyebags and it doesnt have anything to do with lack of sleep.

most kinds are good but try going to wal-mart the make-up is usually like at least $1 cheaper then at drug stores. it doesn't sound like a lot of $ money but if you buys lots it is!
