Attempting to track down a network problem, ideally I'd like to see reset flagged packets as well as syn and fin flagged packets, but not interested in the data going on between.

Now as for a specific answer to your question I can't say that I see an example of what you want except for payload matching in which you put in the hex format of the letter and maybe you could do syn and fin like that? Hope I helped

There is a "tcp-rst" keyword in the filter syntax language you can use, but I'm not sure if it's supported. Link below.
