this is all that it says when i try to log in and go to my profile to check my mail...so what the heck? is this happening to anyone else or is it just this time for me to be pissed? lol.

Yes, that happens to me every single day. I might be reading a bulletin, approving a friend, or commenting on a profile. Then out of the blue, "Sorry! an unexpected error has occured." On average I get the error on 1 out of every 8 pages that I click on. And I even have three separate accounts on MySpace (one for colleagues, one for intimate friends, and one for casual friends), and it makes no difference.
The problem isn't your fault. Newscorp (who owns MySpace) simply doesn't care to invest any money toward improving the site. So instead MySpace continues to be a load of junk while people put up with all the nonsense and never bother complaining or going elsewhere.
For example, at any random hour of the day, bulletins might suddenly be "offline" for unplanned maintenance. That's a feature that was never designed to work properly from the start. And on certain occasions you might come across profiles that are mysteriously undergoing "special maintenance".
This is an epidemic that has affected MySpace for well over a year, so you should be esp. curious if anybody claims they've never seen this error message before. Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do on your end to fix the problem. Simply put, the service itself is defective and was never intended to be "mission critical."
If you want to a social networking site that is actually stable, my advice would be to look into alternatives such as LiveJournal that have near 100% uptime and are operated far more professionally in comparison. Best of all you would no longer have to be plagued by the obnoxious stalkers and obscene advertising that seem to run rampant on MySpace.

Myspace is always getting screwed up. Just be patient; I know it's annoying. It'll get fixed eventually.

MySpace is always overloaded with losers, so their Servers always crap out and that Error ALWAYS comes up.... you can't do anything, but keep trying.

Nope...mine works. lol. Don't get pissed, it's probably not your fault. Disconnect from the internet, connect and try again. That usually works.

yes i am too i treied to login and it said that and then i went back to home to try to sign in again and it didnt have a place where i could sign in soo i dont know they need tofix this real soon
