every site that offers monthly Ephemeris reports is for a specific location and time zone, so you get different results with different sites, HOW can i get the correct Ephemeris for MY specific location???

The reason that you get different answers on different sites is because the calculations are done for different times and not the location issue, some sites would do noon ephemeris and some midnight, the location difference is so meager that you can disregard, except for the moon, which is 2 degrees different for ever one hour GMT difference. i recommend the software solar flair which Can calculate ephemeris for specific locations at any desired times. and good luck.

I'm not sure exactly what kind of ephemeris you're looking for...but if you're looking for the locations of objects in the night sky, they are not dependant on your location AT ALL...at least for anything beyond the moon and nearby asteroids. One ephemeris works for everywhere on Earth.
