Some moron is going to tell you to get a better connection like cable, roadrunner or dsl. Ping is a trace time, not a bandwidth. You need to check providers and their location from the game server you are trying to play on. It's a trial and error process, or you can just start picking servers closer to you, another trial and error process.

You will need to sign up for high-speed internet access. Either Cable or DSL depending on what is available in your area. I am guessing that you have dial-up.

If you already have high-speed internet then you may need to sign-up for the next faster level of service.

when you can see your desk top do ctrl alt delete then go into processes ad close all unnecesary programs like if the user name is not system you can usualy shut do ' end process'
