You mean your skin?
Sorry that will not make you any lighter than say eating chocolate will make you darker.
Who told you that?
Look up at the ceiling cause gullible is written there.

If you mean by wieght...well..maybe. It depends on what you drink. To be honest 1% is better for you than skim because the vitamin D percentage is higher and its only 2g of fat. That hardly makes a difference.
Studies show that eating 3 servings a day will help you reduce your weight. Your not going to drop 50lbs from drinking milk though.

Referring to weigh:
Actually drinking milk will make you fatter. But don't stop drinking milk! Milk makes your bones grow and become stronger. My mom had trouble walking since her hips were soft and lack of calcium. I always drink a glass of millk before I go to bed. Makes you grow taller overnight. ;-)

Referring to skin:
Not that I know of. Sorry.

No...milk actually contains alot of fat (babies drink milk, and they're usually chubby, lol) and it also makes your bones thicker (it has a lot of calcium)...so if anything, you'd be GAINING weight!

but i heard drinking water makes you lighter! i think you got your beverages mixed up!

No you'll get fatter. Unless you drink very low fat milk because eating dairy can HELP you lose weight when you're on a diet.

it doesnt work if you load up on milk along with the rest of your food. it will work, though, if you drink at least a glass of day along with a healthy meal or something. the saying is true, "everything in moderation". good luck

"Studies show possible links between low-fat milk consumption and reduced risk of arterial hypertension, coronary heart disease, and obesity."
