i think it came from what i ate what can i take to make it stop hurting

Crystallized (sugar) ginger tastes like candy and will soothe your tummy. You can find it at most grocery stores either in the Asian foods section or with the baking stuff. Tums are also good to have handy (get a big bottle, you'll need 'em later!) and are a source of extra calcium.

I had this all the time when I was pregnant....heck I lost 16 pounds in the first trimester since I couldn't stop throwing up.

Try anything sour...Skittles and Starburst worked wonders for me as well as lemonheads. I know, I know....it's far from healthy for your baby, but it worked for me...for awhile at least.

Or, there's preggie pops. They are lollipops designed especially for nausea during pregnancy. You can find them at maternity shops, such as Motherhood Maternity.

As far as over the counter stuff....the only thing that's safe is Tums or Rolaids. Good Luck!

flat coke helps with an upset tummy and it wont harm your baby, or try ginger biscuits

It should be under pregnancy even if you are a teen
