What restaurants have the worst restrooms? Describe how nasty they were when you went in there.?

This Mexican restaurant Puerto Vallarta that thankfully went out of business. It was ridiculous.

The windows above the sink were smashed and scratched, the urinals didn't flush and there were puddles of urine everywhere, the toilets were dirty as all get out, and there was no TP, the walls were covered in rap verses and jokes and racist comments.

It wasn't pretty. At all.

There was this Mexican restaurant, but I forgot the name and the restroom was horrendous. I asked where the restroom was and they directed me through a cramp storage closet. Through that filthy place I went inside this barely lit "restroom". There wasn't even a door except for the one entering the closet. I felt disgusted while I did my business, but I know I'll never have any again in that place.

Pizza Hut has the dirtiest restrooms I have ever seen. The toilets look as if they have never seen bleach or a toilet brush, the sinks are covered in water and probably have never been wiped and the floors are sticky with urine and the toilet paper is all over the floor. And is smells like its never been disinfected.

I once used a Round Tabel Pizza bathroom that looked like crap.

The toilet wazs not flushed and someone left a floater in the.

The sink had no working taps (you spun the handles and nothing happened).

The door would not close properly, so you had to hold it shut with one hand and you were not guaranteed that the toilet would flush at all.
