Usually you can look at the bottom of the newsletter message and there will be a link or directions on how to unsubscribe. if there aren't or it didn't work you should be able to block the sender in your email filters.

You don't mention what newsletter you are receiving. In some cases you can just delete the newsletter from your address book. If it is from MSNBC News you can click on the site where you checked a box to receive the newsletter and it will stop coming. Also you can click on the spam button and your computer will treat it as spam and not let it through. These are just some of the ways I know of. Oh! you can e-mail the co. you are receiving the newsletter frm and tell them you no longer wish to receive their newsletter. In most cases there is a place at the bottom or end that you can click to stop receiving them also.

There should be an "unsubscribe" link. Usually in very small letters at the bottom of the newsletter. Otherwise, just send it to spam.

Go back to the site and get under your info and ask it to stop sending you it. Just take your email off their list.
