To use your avatar on Yahoo! Answers, click "My Q&A" and then "Edit My Info". The Picture section allows you to choose between the grey smiley, your Yahoo! Avatar and your Yahoo! 360 picture. Click on the edit my yahoo!avatar and it opens a new page. choose what pleases you and then click "save changes" and then "add to favourites" . you will then be on your favourite avatars list. click on the picture u just created and refresh your profile page and your image will appear that. click save my profile info .
and done !
