Debating Rebuttals Help?

Hi. I need some practise at writting rebuttals in debating, so could you help me by making a couple of lined speech on any random topic and I will try to rebutt against it,

Resolved: That I will do all of my homework myself, asking for only challenging help in order to become a more well-rounded and honest person (and good job just asking for the challenge!)

Resolved: That Americans must do whatever they can, no matter the cost, to reduce or eliminate dependence on foreign oil.

Resolved: That the United States government will no longer occupy a country, such as Korea, for more than one year after a war has ended.

Good luck with your debating skills. Don't know if the "Resolved" is the way it is formatted in your state, but I hope this helps.
