i'm going on vaction in a week. how can i help loose some weight? any tips on what to do?

drink a lot of water, eat only whlole grain staff, veggies, low fat staff, avoid any sugar ,plus off course Pilates or JOga exercises will help to make at least your tummy flatter. enjoy vacation!

Try going on the 3-hour diet.
It says that you will loose up to 2 lbs. a week, starting w/ belly fat.

www.3hourdiet.com it explains everthing. It has some samples of meal plans, you can even eat fast food! And theres videos of the guy who invented this on talk shows and stuff.
or buy/check out the book @ the library.

Not in a week. Unless you take some laxatives and don't eat, but you won't lose enough weight in a week to make a visible difference. Just be happy with what you are and don't worry about it.....

water and veggies...swimming also burns a lot of fat

eat healthier. start running!....just don't eat junk like soda, cake, pizza, cookies, etc.....and don't go anorexic, please :)
