The only exception to the You Must be a Registered guest to use the Pool rule in Vegas is the Hard Rock Hotel holds Rehab pool parties on Sundays.

You have to be a guest of the hotel, to use their pool. However, it really depends if it's a weekday or not and what time of day. I've snuck into the pool at Ceasar's (our hotel's pool was closed due to rain, believe it or not). We walked right in, as if we were staying there. Make sure to not look out of place. Talk with your friends. Our plan was to say my Dad had our hotel key. But they never even asked. Good luck!

Also, I decided next time I am just going to stay at Ceasar's.

There are gorgeous hotel/casinos in Las Vegas. Try these websites and you will see.
www.bellagio.com
www.harrahs.com (Harrahs owns other casinos) while you are in the website for harrahs, look at Caesars Palace and also Rio this last casino has a man made beach with sand and everything 5 pools and much more.
Look up the Venetian,Paris,Wynn's etc.

You have to be a guest at the hotel to use the pools. The Mirage has a really cool pool with waterfalls.

You'll need your room key to get into a hotel pool-- Important point.

The strip goes North/South. If you want to swim in the morning stay in a hotel on the east side of the street. Afternoon swimmer? Stay on the west side..(Pools are usually in the rear of the hotel and if you are in the shade of the big building it can be really chilly when you get outof the pool becasue of the low humidity--even when its; 100 degrees plus outside)
