Consular. Go to the Costa Rican Consular's Office and discuss the issue with someone there. They also have an education system you can locate online and request information about employment in Costa Rica. I think Costa Rica is a Beautiful Country. Do you really want to move there? I think you'd really love the beauty of it. A friend of mine visits regularly and he loves the coastal region. He's brought back some fascinating photos. You can also contact some Universities and find out what it takes to gain employment there. That might be a good way of getting the information needed.

You would have to find out if they have a problem with autistic children. There may be no central listing of such children.
