It goes to the old question of nature vs nurture. If you believe that the differences between men and women are all cultural, ie little girls are forced to play with dolls and little boys with trucks and you can only tell them apart if you see something or dont see something between their legs, than you probably have to conclude that it doesnt matter if a woman or a man is president.
If you believe that there is a genetic difference between the two than perhaps you may conclude that women may be better. I think that more and more women are gaining prominance in gorvernment. This is true even in countries that have had a reputation for macho thought. Many governments have women foreign ministers and a few women presidents.
This business about women being emotional during their menstrual cycle. President Ahmanijhad of Iran seems to be on his menstrual cycle all month long.
In Orthodox Judaism it is commonly thought by outsiders that men are given more "religious duties" than women because women are considered second class to the men. The actual reasons given in holy scripture are the exact opposite. God requires men to perform more religious duties because they are basically flawed. Women need to do less because they are at a higher level. The story of the Golden Calf is an example. Jewish scripture says that the women gave up their gold at the insistence of the men but refrained from particiating in the worship of that false god. It was all the men's idea and ultimately they suffered for it.
Maybe the world will finally be at peace when women run it.

I don't think the world would be any better with women in charge. I don't think men and women are all that different, and if I'm right, having women in charge wouldn't change anything.
Even if women are, on average, inherently different, there are still differences between individual women. Even if it is true that most women are overly emotional (which I don't necessarily believe), there are still women who are cold and unemotional. Just as there are some women who are aggressive, or selfish, or scientifically inclined, or possessing any other trait assumed to be the domain of men. The women who are "outside the norm" would be the ones selected to leadership, under the same selection criteria that male leaders are chosen under.
In essence, a world run by women would very likely be a world run by "mannish" women. So even if men and women ARE different, a female ruled world wouldn't necessarily be different.

No, women and politics should not mix. Don't get me wrong I would vote for a women if she had the right qualities, but in general I think for the protection of our nation it is better to have a man.

Hillary definatly would not be my first choice simply because she is too liberal but I think she would fix alot of the problems we face thanks to W and would do great diplomatically and would do way better than people expect on security and the war

I can't say no war because in history women have proven to be bigger warmongers than men, often because they are usually badly advised by men. Thatcher, Meiyer, just two examples.

Probably not a good idea, we're too emotional and erratic, especially when we have our period.
Sorry
