before i get my period i get soooo tired and i can barely walk..is that normal

It could be thyroid, but it could be other hormonal imbalances. I would check insulin first, because if you are overproducing insulin (which can happen at that time of month), you can be inducing other symptoms of PMS that you don't want.

i am exactly the same girl. Maybe that means ur period is going to come out so heavy because my periods come out so heavy I have to wear up to four pads the first two days. Go visit ur doctor for more accurate info though. Maybe they have a medication that can help u have lighter periods without affecting the rest of ur organism.

yes thats normal i get like that and i also get really cranky the week before and during my period. so dont worry!

yes it is normal.. your body goes through a lot of changes at that time. your hormones affect your body and you in many ways.

it could be many thing including thryroid or anemia tell your doctor he can test you. it could also just be PMS
