It is going to take a couple of times until it doesn't hurt. just have a partner that will stop when you tell them to.

do plenty of foreplay - oral is a fantastic warm up - giving and receiving - gets the natural lubrication juices flowing - if he is well endowed make him put his hand around the base of it so that only the top half is going in - at least until u get use to it a little - don't feel embarassed about reaching down and rubbing your clit while u are doing it - a little extra stimulation may be what it takes to bring u over the top - and RELAX!!

if and when it starts to hurt have your partner stop so you can relax and take a deep breath... you might consider taking a few ibuprofen about an hour before sex too.

Lubricant, like K-Y. BUT, use protection too. If you think sex is painful, try giving birth!

Try waiting until you are married; that might make a lil more meaningful, pleasurable, & lasting.
