Here's a website the lists a number of projects dedicated to sending books to prison inmates. Most such projects won't send books ANYWHERE, so it probably makes a big difference exactly what prison your cousin is in. But look through it and you might find one in the right area!

I am not sure, but I will check around for you. Please check and see if someone has to be on a "list" to send books to your cousin. Most prisoners can't receive mail/packages from just anyone.

Normally they have a library available in the prisons so if he's iinterested in any reading material, he can always go there and check out a book.
