With out sunlight? Or without artifical lights?

Nothing - if they have no light at all. Sunlight through a window works well for most plants. Artifical light works well for low-light plants.
There are special lamps for plants that like a lot of sun, if you have a dark home - but they're expensive.

Or you could grow things that don't need light - mushrooms - in a box under your kitchen sink!

If you're talking about plants that can grow in shady conditions (more shade than sun), there are many. Most plants need some sort of light, even if it is indirect sunlight. Here are some that can grow with very little sunshin e: hostas, ajuga (bugleweed), bleeding heart, lily of the valley, ferns, creeping Jenny moneywort, Jacob's ladder, lungwort, heuchera are just a few. Check out the website gardeing-tips-perennials.com for more plants.

About the only one to do without total sunlight are mushrooms. They are a fungi.
However, there are a lot of plants inside and out that can live with indirect light.
Are you looking inside or outside plants?

No plant can do without any sunlight. whether its through the window or directly from the sun. Plants need sunlight for growth and to live and stay healthy. so do humans and animals. Plants, humans, and animals also need water. any living thing does. But too much can harm it.
