Yes, my wife and I stayed there for a few days last year. The rooms and facilities are outstanding. Make sure you ask for a fountain-view room so that you can look down on the water fountains. You can tune your tv to the water fountains and listen to the music from your room.
The spa is excellent although it was being remodeled when we visited. The fancy restaurants are all very good but over-priced. We went to Le Cirque for dinner and were disappointed -- it felt like assembly line service for a $400 dinner. Stick to the buffet and you will be much happier. The Petrossian Bar is kind of cool if you like Vodka -- you can get any type made from around the world. We also went to see "O" by Cirque de Soleil. I highly recommend it!
The pool area is very nice, but go early to get a good spot under an umbrella. It's a great place to read a book, drink a daquiri, and watch the beautiful people go by.
One trick you can try to get a room upgrade... About a month before you go, apply for a large line of credit at the casino and tell them you will be a guest. There's about a 50/50 chance your room will be upgraded when you arrive even if you never use the line of credit. (Only downside is it will show on your credit report, so skip this if you don't have stellar credit.)
Enjoy your stay!
Have fun

Being that I live in Las Vegas, I have been to almost every casino in the land. The Bellagio is fairly new and very upscale. The buffet in the bellagio is grand. The food is excellent and yes, they do serve "extra jumbo shrimp" cooked to perfection. The place is really big, friendly slot attendants, blackjack and poker dealers, an the restaurants hire excellent people for customer service as well. The hotels are like little homes away from home, they have everything you could imagine and more. The Bellagio is a must see tourist attraction!

Yes it is supper nice and supper expensive. Pretty much all of the buffets on the strip have gulf size shrimp. There are just less expensive places. The Monte Carlo is awesome and they have a brewery inside and you can order a bucket of shrimp on ice there. The Luxor has a good buffet. The Bellagio and the mandolay bay are the two most expensive. If I were to choose between the two I would go to the mandolay bay because they have an awesome pool and a wave tank outside like the beach. Especially if it is summer. There are buffets all over that you can walk to and most places have seafood buffets on friday nights.

Yes its cool but there is always something newer and better you should stay off the strip and Red Rock Casino if you want new and pricey Bellagio is way old and definitely starting to show it
but on the plus side the buffet is the best(pricey as hell though) but huge shrimp, lobsters etc
I live in Vegas so I might be jaded

Circus Circus might want to probable be the staggering inn for little youngsters. they have the most kiddy video games out of the different on-line casino. and so they have an leisure park. The inn isn't the nicest, because it truly is a quite old inn in comparison to different hotels. Excalibur is a touch respectable inn that has some kiddy video games. you could continually stay at a special inn and take your babies to Circus Circus in the course of the day.

I have not stayed there or dined there, but I've been there a couple of times for the fountain show. It's a beautiful hotel (gorgeous Chihuly glass exhibit in the lobby.) I imagine the food's probably pretty decent as well.

I have stayed there but not eaten at their buffet, though. I did like the hotel quite a bit. In my opinion, it is one of the very few hotels that are elegant instead of extremely cheesy on the Vegas strip.

yes it is. It's beautiful. I love the foyer and the conservatory. I didn't eat in the buffet, but the hotel is awesome. If you are thinking about staying there, it's definately worth every penny.
