If people read the link you will see that Menachem Begin, ordered this terrorist attack and later became Prime Minister, I don't know if this man was a founder of Israel but he must have been involved in the creation of the state, if he became PM later. If one confirmed terrorist was PM there must have been allot more in the shadows (where there's smoke there's fire)

After shipping European Jews to Palestine in large quantities under the British mandate back in 1946-1948 till this day, some Jewish armed Guerrillas started skirmishing with the Brits and assassinated some figures so that the UN would give in to the idea that Jews are fighting for liberation from the British rule.

The UN which was founded and largely controlled by the allies at the time recognized Israel not for mere biblical reasons as some tries to sell the public, but rather political since European Jews fought along with the allies against Hitler and because of the alleged mass murdering of Jews at the hands of the SS.

Ironically the Zionist "terrorists" of that time, who were trying to create a guilt complex about the atrocities of the Nazis, must have learned a thing or two from the Nazi experience. It shows till this day by the organized hatred and oppression for the original inhabitants of Palestine.

Israel was founded by the Zionist's, whose purpose was to found a Jewish state. Zionism comes form the word Zion which is another word for Jerusalem. The Zionist's are a Liberation Movement much like the PLO but different in their tactics. They were labeled as a terrorist group because of their tactics such as bombings. Israel was partly founded by terrorists and partly not. Many Jews did not support them because of their methods, those that did were extremists just like the PLO and Hezbollah. The Jews needed a homeland and the Zionist's fought for it just like the PLO has fought for a Palestinian state. In short, Israel was founded not by terrorists but by a people looking for a homeland. The way they went about it though, was terrorism.

Israel was officially created by a UN resolution in 1948. However, this does expose the blatant hypocrisy of the Israelis. They claim to take the moral high ground over Hezbollah and Hamas, yet they have in the past and in the case of Mossad, use similar tactics to get the desired objectives.

Not to mention the fact that it annexed a large chunk of Syria territory in the 1960's that is not covered by the UN resolution.

Once again the "civilised" West using selective reasoning to show our superiority over the rest of the world...when in fact, we are no better or no worse.

Israel was founded by the United Nations. I doubt anyone would call every single one of them there "terrorists."

Yes indeed, but they were called rebels, because "they fought for a just cause"....now they call them terrorists because they are against the USA and Israel, but they are fighting for a similar cause!!!

Virtually every established nation was forged over killing and bloodshed so why pick on Israel you racist pig. You're an Islamic lickspittle who twists facts to suit your argument. Give me my skean-dhu and I'll show you another terrorist action!

Y'know, every time I see a question that ends with the directive "Discuss." I get nasty flash-backs to law school and the bar exam.

Israel was founded over 5000 years ago. When you can give me accurate records over what happened then, I'll discuss your perspectives on it.

I agree entirely. Don't need to see the well known bombing to prove it, we only need count the bodies of recent carpet bombing of The Lebanon.
