Well, dear, we have to distinguish between official and popular!
Officially Greece is a member of NATO, the EU, WTO, UN, etc., thus Greece is friendlier to certain countries than others!
The Greeks are friendly with all countries and people! Mainly Greeks are and can become friends with neighbors (Italians, Egyptians, Slavs, Albanians, Bulgarians, Turks, ...). From the people living further, Indians, Latinamericans, all Asians, Africans, ...)

Greece, especially Greeks, have only friendly feelings towards all people and nations!
Greeks, from antiquity, had no great differences and never took advantage of their strength upon others! Instead, they assisted all nations and people to develop strength and improve living standards!
Among the nations and countries friendlier could be: Indians, Chinese, Persians, Arabs, Libyans, Italians, Turks, Slavs, Peruvians, French, ..... and the list would include all people!
