You can delete the history of search bar on ur homepage (whatever it is either Yahoo! or Google) by following this path. Tools> internet options> content> auto complete> clear forms. To stop the generation of history uncheck the box of forms.

You can delete the search history on ur yahoo toolbar this way. click the arrow in the search box. Select options, click clear history. Follow this path also. Pencil> toolbar options> uncheck the boxes of enable auto complete and enable history> ok.

To delete address bar history, follow this path. Tools> internet options> general > clear history > set the number of days to zero> ok.

Go to the Yahoo Tool Bar go to where you see Y! Next to the down arrow there is a little pencil symbol click on its down arrow.
A menu will come up. Go down to Clear Search History. Click on it and all will be gone.

Have a close look at the icons on the tool bar. Can you see a small black upside down triangle at the side of every icon, well if you click on it a drop down menu will appear with all sorts of things on it.
The one you want is on the left of the search box. look for options and personalize your tool bar.
you can also highlight the search and press delete on your keyboard.

In any site you open, Web Browser like Internet Explorer can hold your information temporarily in web browser in the name of cookies. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools,then go to Internet Options, click on Delete Cookies,Delete Files.
Then go to Content Tab on top of the dialog,
click on Auto Complete and then click on Clear Forms and Clear passwords.. This process will clear your data on search box....

hit history and click "view" then go to by website- then u can right click on the websites and delete them and everything in them alot easier

Hover your mouse over the top word and press the "Delete" button on your keyboard.
