I think you mean the humerus, which is your upper arm. Take a look at #11 on this diagram: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_bones_in_the_human_skeleton (The ulna is your forearm)
However, you might also be referring to the "humeral head", which is the end of the humerus that lines up into your your shoulder socket (at the clavicle or collarbone).

The length of the humeral bone is directly linked to how much of a sense of humor you have. For instance, there are some people on here that were born without a humeral bone, and some whose humeral bone is extremely long. Sometimes people have a falsely exagerated humeral bone... in this case, they think things that aren't funny... are funny. There is no cure for this anomaly.
