Just when I said that I wouldn't be surprised about anything people do these days,...I read about Judge DONALD THOMPSON. He got 4 years in prison for masterbating during court trials with a penis pump. There are at least 15 documentations of his act. They found semen stains under his desk and on his robes. If that don't beat all, I don't know what does. He is going to have a ball in prison @ the age of 59.

The worst part of this scenario is the sending of an obviously disturbed man to prison rather them putting him somewhere that can help him with whatever demons caused this behavior. The primary problem with "Justice" in this country is the idea that punishment has to be meted out. Yet, science has proved that reward and positive reinforcement are what most effectively change behavior. There would be no immediate reward in sending this person to a facility for treatment, but he could be treated without punishment and probably be helped to overcome whatever emotional or psychological problems are at the root of the undesired activity.

Old news, but yes I have heard about that as well. They also mentioned earlier that you could hear him during court proceedings. *slurp* *slap* ... court dismissed.
