Right click on the desktop and select new/shortcut
enter %windir%\system32\rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL hotplug.dll as the location of the item.
Give the shortcut any name you like.

computer show one icon which is green arrow facing from east to west on lower right corner of your computer
right click on that and you will see safely remove... left click on that
window will pop up
it will say usb storage devicedouble click on that and it wil show you your flash drive double click on that and press stop
coputer will show one mesaage that it is safe now to disconnect the device

Just click on MY COMPUTER, then right Click the drive and Click Eject
