Unfortunately, this is going to be a bit difficult. Internet censorship (which some may view this to be so) is a very touchy subject. Depending on your location, some places (areas, states, countries, etc.) are more tolerant than others.

Unless the advertisement can be classified as an internet crime, I doubt you'll find any help. Even different government (of any country) have found that dealing with internet crime an uphill battle.

The only thing I can think of is to email the website's webmaster. Get other's help to email them too... until the website does something about it.

Hmmm...also chuckufarley2a and ILOVESCIENCE's suggestion about a Netnanny is good - at least you'll have some sort of protection for your child.

This shows exactly how increasingly sick, rude, and inconciderately immature today's society is becoming. I really do not know how to resolve this problem, maybe you could complain to your internet serivce provider and they could take action to have the website disabled. I hope that I could help. Also, try to remove any ad-ware or advertising programs from your computer, I had the same problem. For example, I had a filesharing program called "Kazaa", which also came with a program called "The Best Offers", randomly popping up advertisments. The program could not be removed untill the host program, Kazaa, was deleted.

To the first answerer:

Please, don't make such sarcastic comments, please this is annoying. This is a serious matter and you are not in the very least bit funny.

Edit: I agree with the above answerer, maybe a program that could help get rid of these insanely immature pop-ups.

NetNanny, or a program like that is what you need to get your child protected.
