I dont have a religion; Im atheist.
Souls do not exist. People made them up for the same reason reincarnation was made up: To deny that death is really the end.

No. They do have feelings, and in the case of dogs, love for people, but I don't believe they have souls. It says that no where in the Bible.

I don't know about bacteria, protozoans, fungi, viruses, and plants, though.
