I just had a physical 2 months ago where my doc gave me a breast exam, and everything was fine...but now i feel a large lump in my boob and when i touch it it really hurts...should i be concerned?

Sometimes women who drink alot of caffinated bevereges get "lumpy" breasts and it is nothing to worry about but still go to the doctor and get it checked out. It is always better to be safe than sorry.

I would go see your doctor. It is likely not anything bad, but it needs to be evaluated by a physician. If you are young, and have no risk factors, it is very unlikely to be breast cancer, but only a doctor examining you can decide whether you need to be evaluated for this.

yes you should. it might be a sign of breast cancer. go to a doctor right away. if you are still under 25 then you might be just growing.
