I think you are an ignorant fool. Bush never left anyone on their roofs. It was up to the governor of LA to ask for help, but that person took so long so Bush decided to send help. If anything, you should be thanking him. Also, the most racist human i know of is Reggie Jackson. Listen to him, he is a complete racist.

When you consider that his defence budget is $425Billion which is spent on Cluster and Carpet bombing people in Muslim countries who's inhabitants are all of Arab nationality , then yes you could say he is Racist, most definitely.
Especially when you consider he gives Israel $4Billion annualy AND in addition, flies them the Bunker Busters to bomb more Arabs which they used to massacre over 1,000 Lebanese civilians and totally maliciously destroy their country's infrastructure, bridges, roads, power stations. These have to be the actions of a Zenophobic Racist. Redneck. I mean he's not bombing and massacring countries of people with White skin is he?

I don't think there's any direct evidence of this. But he doesn't care for the poor or disadvantaged of any race. Witness the cuts in social programs that are already cut to the bone, and needless to say, the Katrina response.
