To help with the pain, you would have to get someone to pee on the sting. I know it sounds gross, but it does work and is recommended if no medical attention is around.

In Tor's book Kon Tiki, the chemist, in that situation used
urine, ( pee ) since it contained ammonia, which helps to
control the inflamation and counter act the poisons. In his
case it was a Portugese Man of War, one of the worst.

It seems vinegar on jellyfish,ot hot water,or sea water,are best.Also try and get anything left from stinger off by using a credit card.

ya you gotta pee on it if you dont wanna leave the beach because the ammonia in you pee-pee nutralizes it. or if you are at home or where ever you can use rubbing alchol or pur ammonia.
