Most liberal arts colleges offer majors in women's studies. Not surprisingly, some of the best women's studies programs are at women's colleges, like Bryn Mawr, Barnard, Smith, Mt. Holyoke, Wellesley, and Vassar (even though Vassar is now co-ed).

As I indicated in my answer to your other question, Bryn Mawr, Barnard, and Wellesley are either in or close to large cities. So is Vassar (40 minutes by train to NYC).
