Tony Iommi from Black Sabbath was in an accident at work - He cut the tips off of two of his fingers, but he still managed to play and make up these great songs.

Yeah. I recommend, i visit bypass for an afternoon--possibly 2--without playing yet, after a lengthy time period, I continually get the urge to play. I do do not ignore that, about 2 years in the past, I did provide up playing guitar for likely about a week after I were given a mandolin. for sure, instead of playing guitar, i grow to be playing mandolin that week. After playing guitar for the first time when you consider that I were provided that mandolin, playing guitar actually felt type of odd!

Well there is that guy on T.V. named estabon or something like that. He is the only one I've heard of that almost lost the ability to play, or he couldn't play for ten years or something like that. That would be hard as a musician though.

James Hetfield was burnt by pyros during a show and there was doubt as to whether he would play ever again. Too bad Metallica is still around. They should have quite while they were ahead.
