Should I take off all my cloths when making full body massage?
Will they massage my penis as well?

Massages are better experienced naked, but the spa I go to doesn't make you get naked. I guess they let you keep underwear on. They won't massage your penis, unless it's one of those illegal places. Besides, I bet you can do that better yourself.
