It could mean a variety of things. Maybe you're pregnant. Maybe you have a bladder infection.
Please go and see a doctor and get things checked out. Also maybe it's time to talk to your parents or a trusted adult who can help you deal with whatever the doctor tells you.
You sound young. You will need support from your family if you are pregnant.

What part of your stomach is starting to "get hard"? If its the lower stomach and you are sexually active and had unprotected sex or had protected sex and the condom broke, you could very well be pregnant, especially if you haven't had your period for more than a month. If it burns when you pee and you pee often, it could be a bladder infection. If the hardening or swelling is upper right quadrant and you have frequent urination as well as pain there, it could be a kidney infection. I would think pregnancy though if you have no pain and the stomach is hard near where the uterus sits.

i would say those could be the symptoms of maybe being pragnent not to freak you out but you might need to go see a docter right away if the pain gets any worse or you miss a peirod you could just have a blader probelm and its backimg up in your stomach if i were you i would tell your parents or a close adult so they can help you with the problem. i hope every thing turns out ok.

something is definetly worng if you're stomach is hard an it's not muscle - why don't you talk to a doctor?
